Photocatalitic degradation method is an advanced waste -water treatment technique. It can degrade organic pollutants entirely and hasn' t other pollution. It needn' t other materials except for ultraviolet light so that energy and materials consuming can be decreased. And condition under process is simple. So it is a prospective wastewater treatment technique. During the past years, the semiconductor photo -catalytic process has been applied more and more in wastewater treatment, new energy exploitation, air purification and organic compound. Lots of researchers have proved a great deal of difficulty to degraded organic pollutants can be destroyed by photocatalytic degradation technique. Now, the research of theory and practice about this technique is becoming one of important advanced task in environment engineering.As far as photocatalic degradation technique is concerned, low quanta efficiency of photo catalyst that is typically delegated by titanium dioxide, is deadly defects which confines its application. Maybe cooperation with several other energy fields is a great accelerating factor which make the technique applied in industry. So the systematic and deeply research about this direction has great signification and value. A few researchers have begun to make use of other energy field to cooperate with photocatalytic degradation technique. Its application to wastewater treatment, especially to the pollutants which are difficult to be degraded by biochemistry technique, is an advanced research field in the world. At present, this work is being explored. If it is applied in practice, systematic research should be done.In this program, we aim to initiate the research of more than two energy fields to cooperate with photocatalyticdegradation technique and seek after its effects and general rules. We are looking forwarding to building up the base for the task' s further research.This subject search after systematically the cooperative effect of supersonic and electrode fields assisting photo -catalyst through degrading a kind of simulated wastewater when the light, the rector and the immobilization method are set. We acquaint optimum cooperative conditions of supersonic and electrode fields assisting photocatalytic degradation technique.The experimental results show that efficiency of single photocatalytic degradation isn' t satisfied. But efficiency is greatly increased when it is cooperated with supersonic or electrode. Especially after cooperating supersonic and electrode fields with photocatalyst the effect is obvious. When the light wavelength is 366nm and power is 125W, to the solution of the concentration of 4mg/l, the optimum cooperative conditions are: frequency is 21. 33KHz, sonic intensity is 3. 75W/cm2, voltage is +20V. Under the condition, decolour efficiency can reach 90% or so after degraded for 30 minutes and more than 95% after 90 minutes.
