Two New kinds of heterogenized bisphosphine iigand were synthesized.The catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of the ligands, PEG-resin supp orted bisphosphine ligand and C2-symmetric bisphosphine ligand conatainin g two 2-methyl imidazole on backbone, are examined in Rh-catalyzed asym metric hydrogenation of N-(1-phenyl-ethyl)-acetamide in CH2C12 solvent, ioni c liquid/IPA, respectively. Both PEG-resin grafted bisphosphine ligand and C2-symmetric bisphosphine ligand with two 2-methyl imidazole on backboneshowed almost completed conversion and high e.e.. However, in the forme r case, the cataiytk activity of the catalyst decreased tremendously after fir st run. While, it maintained the high activity and enantioselectivity in fourcycles in the latter case, and more over, easy product separation and cata lyst reuse can be possible.
