| Applying the most prevailing Aspen Plus, one of the chemical engineering process simulation software with the powerful functions in the world chemical industry, we developed a partnership solvents MS and established thermodynamics model of the system which are verified by experiment or literature datas by simulation canculation and research the effects of variety solvents system. Designed extractive rectify process flowsheet on cyclohexane recovering from NGL , and optimized mainly processing parameters of variety units, including extractive rectify column ,solvent recovering column and nidrogen purify system.As a result, Applying SL solvent, the relative volatility of heptane/cyclohexane increased from 0. 66 to 1. 12, and the 2, 3DMP/cyclohexane from 0. 84 to 1. 21 when MS solvent to hydrocarbon radio is 7. The separating of key components in feed of extractive rectify is highly improved. Running designed unit under the optimized conditions, we obtained the better result that the product purity of cyclohexane is up to 98 wt% and its ratio of recovery is up to 91.2% when MS solvent to hydrocarbon radio is 16.These mostly indexes is just on the verge of the Phillips' technique advanced in the world.This project will promote further industrialization study on cyclohexane recovering from the NGL via extractive rectify process in our country. |
