The Model Of Coalmine Safety Dynamic Assessment System Based On LAN And Its Application

By way of the combination of safety theory analysis, realization of computer and practice, the article is carried out. The main contents of the paper consist of safety supervision management network, safety dynamic assessment system of coalmine, safety dynamic forecasting of coalmine, application software system and so on. Based on the present data and field investigation, some problems about safety assessment in present coal vacation are analyzed and the model of coalmine dynamic safety assessment system is put forward. The model is the combination of the methods of coalmine safety assessment, coalmine safety forecasting and computer technology. Analyzing kinds of safety assessment method synthetically, Multi-layer comprehensive assessment method is used as the method of safety assessment suitable for coalmine. According to the characteristics of coalmine enterprise, the index of safety dynamic assessment and its determinate standard, weight, quantification (applying the Delphi method) are established. On a foundation of established model, the forecasting model based on BP algorithm (back propagation) of artificial neural network is built up as the reliable safety state forecasting mathematical model. Finally, in the light of above process, coalmine safety dynamic assessment system based on LAN(local area net),Oracle language and Delphi language is well developed and it adopts Windows 2000 Sever as its offstage operating system, adopts Oracle8i and Delphi5 to compile data base. By field application at YanKuang Group, it proved that the system has better practicability, reliability and operability and the favorable results are achieved and it has better application value.
