| In this dissertation, based on lots of investigation and analysis of the internal and overseas slag detection technology, the automatic slag detection using vibration measurements has been developed. The process of molten steel vibration signal and the method of slag characteristic parameter identification has been researched deeply. The method of slag characteristic parameter identification has been put forward. The software of the automatic slag detection using vibration measurements is developed. The experimental results indicate that the automatic slag detection system using vibration measurements is very effective and achieves the anticipated goal.In chapter 1, the development status and application status of automatic slag detection in continuous casting in internal and overseas in recent years are described. Considering the requirements for automatic slag detection in internal, the automatic slag detection using vibration measurements has been bring forward. After that, the application status of several vibration signal process methods are described.In chapter 2, after analyzing the process and the supporting frame of the safe casting, the dynamics modeling of the supporting frame is founded. And the effect factors of wallop of molten steel and the swing of the inspecting spot are analyzed.In chapter 3, the time and frequency analysis methods of the vibration signal processing are introduced, and the feasibility of acquiring the characteristic parameter of slag from the molten steel vibration signal is discussed with these methods mentioned above.In chapter 4, the foundational theory of Wavelet, Wavelet Package and their application in vibration signal processing are given, first. And then, using the Wavelet Package analysis method analyzes the vibration signal of molten steel. Last, the method of slag characteristic parameter identification is put forward and validated.In chapter 5, the design and makeup of the slag detection system using vibration measurements are introduced, first. And then, the mainly function and interface are described.In chapter 6, the content is summarized, and the issue waiting for resolving in the further is given. |
