| At present ,three-axial non-instaneous envelope me -thod had been made great achievement both theory and practice.Helical surface is being used widely in every s-ection of industry for its special characters.But with its variety and specialization , three-axial non-instaneous envelope method had not meet needs. So four-axial non -instaneous envelope method was set forth firstly in this article, which is based on three-axial non-instaneous envelope and spiral rod compressor rotator speciality.This method possesses important theory and practice meaning.In this article, the method and steps of milling rotators tool path was defined on the basis of research and summary on free-surface . spiral surface machining. How to form slick curve from data points, define reasonable machining points, find and exclude interference and so on are solved too in this article.Above arithmetic and simu- lation are realized through VC++ and Matlab language.This method is also used to solving tool-path to machine spiral rod with larger tool-angle possessing some characters, such as high efficiency,low cost and so on, whichcouldn't be realized in three-axial machine.So four-axial non-instaneous envelop mehtod enl-arges the scope of three-axial machine and character. |
