The water resources for each person in our country are very scarce and the average amount of water is less than a quarter of the world average. With the development of the economy, the degree to which economy depends on the water resources will become even more profound. The water shortage will inevitably cause acute losses to the economy and water crisis will become the most serious one among all the resource problems. Due to various factors, little importance is attached to (he problem of water resources, and the damage and pollution of water become more and more serious . The direct economic loss resulting from water pollution is 15 billion Yuan yearly in our country and the loss is 273.5 billion between 1985 and 2000. Therefore, the action of properly treating wastewater and actively protecting water environment has already become one of the most important concerns in China and even in the whole world. The target of wastewater treating is to make contamination in water degraded or called back with resort to essential treating methods and processes, and ultimately purify the water. As far as various ways are concerned, actived sludge method is attracting more and more attention as a kind of biochemical treatment. The method is used to wipe off organism in the sewage by microbe colony's effect of agglomerating or absorbing or oxidation decomposed which is suspending or flowing in the pool. At present, actived sludge method has already become an effective way to treat city sewage and organic industry wastewater and a mainstream way of sewage biochemical treatment. But it is inclined to cause sludge swelling and suspending and bubble in its' running process. In order to eliminate these abnormal pllenotnena and enhance the efficiency of wastewater treating, In the thesis, we mix microbe bacterium with actived sludge to get bacterium colony, which Inis synergetic effect and multiplication and come into being as a complex form and stable structure and extensive function biologic bacterium colony to break down organism and metabolize anti oxidation matter and refrain malfeasance microbial from growing. In other words, this technology means disposing of the city sewage by using high effect and compound microbial. The main content of this thesis can be divided into three parts, which are preparation for experiment, classified treatment, integrated treatment. In the first part, microbial bacterium colonies including pllotosythesis, microzyme, actinomycin and alga are treated by filtration and domestication and cultivation; the second part deals with how t?treat city sewage by making the four-bacterium colony blend with active dirt separately, and this part also focuses on the different result brought about by high effect and compound microbial w&stewater treatment .At the same lime, we compare its result with that of single active dirt in the influent CODer and the final effluent CODcr removal; in the integrated treatment , we analyze the final CODer effluent andits'removal ratio. The results of experiments prove that the system is better than any other ones, and the effectiveness of photosynthesis and actived sludge is most obvious. When the influent's CODcr is 590 mg/1 and HRT is 14 hours, classified treatment final CODcr effluent is 16.13 mg/1, and ils'removal ratio is 97.29%. When HRT is 8 hours and the influent's CODcr is changed from small to big, integrated treatment's removal ratio is above 90% constantly, the removal effect is good and the impactive-proof is satisfactory. So we say that HRT and influent CODcr do have effect on the treatment. The longer HRT is, the higher the final effluent CODcr removal is, but the CODcr influent's change has little effect on CODcr removal.
