The traditional aerobic biological wastewater treatment, which is represented by activated sludge, has been widely applied in the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater. However, there are lots of problems and questions as gravity sedimental pool is used to separate the activated sludge and effluent. Today, mankind has a higher request to the quality of water environment, and the effluent of traditional aerobic biological wastewater treatment is hard to meet with the more strict waste water discharged standard. So, all kinds of new reformed wastewater biological treatment technologies are turning up. From which, membrane bio-reactor(MBR)is the most dramatic technology which takes place of the gravity sedimental pool. But in the world, membrane module is in the situation of high performance with high price and low price with poor performance, and the questions of clogging to and efficient washing membrane have not been solved. At the same time, the development of high efficiency and energy economizing MBR constructions with characters of unbubbles- aired and solid-liquid separation are strongly demanding. For recent four years, we have exploited biomimic membrane with untainted character, which is prepared from cheap and abundance material. The price of biomimic membrane is lower than normal inorganic and organic membrane. In this article, the middle-scale experimental biomimic MBR wastewater treatment devices(90L and 150L)have been applied to the pesticide wastewater, sobic acid wastewater and restaurant wastewater treatment, and also all above experimental results are satisfactory.There are plenty of benzol, ether, aldehyde, CN- etc. in pesticide wastewater. The wastewater is toxic, in which CODcr is10000mg/L and pH is 6~9. In this work, we use strengthened activated sludge biomimic MBR to the wastewater treatment. The removal efficiency of CODcr, turbidity, CN-and T-N have been explored, and the relationship between activated sludge microbial and membrane has been discussed. The system has run steadily for continual 6 months, and the final effluent is good. At the same time, anaerobic-aerobic biomimic MBR has been studied compared with aerobic biomimic MBR. The result as following: CODcr removal efficiency of aerobic biomimic MBR is high of 80%. Turbidity of effluent is lower than 10, which removal efficiency is higher than 98%. CN- is lower than 0.5mg/L, and T-N removal efficiency is about 45%. Anaerobic-aerobic biomimic MBR is divided into two stages. In the first stage(A), influent CODcr can reach 3600mg/L, and when HRT=3d, T=38℃, CODcr removal efficiency is 66.5%. In the second stage(O), effluent is bad and its CODcr can not reach to the national wastewater generalized discharge standard. From above, we can know, aerobic biomimic MBR is more effective than anaerobic-aerobic biomimic MBR for the pesticide wastewater. In addition,the sludge concentration stabilizes at 6g/L, and there is surplus sludge discharge.Sobic acid is one kind of foodstuff antiseptic which can restrain microbial growing. The discharged wastewater contains sobic acid and other organic acid,aldehyde, ketone etc. The wastewater belongs to high concentration organic wastewater and which is hard to be treated, in which, CODcr is higher than 90000mg/L and pH is less than 1. Aimed for the characters above-mentioned, technique of neutralize-anaerobic-aerobic biomimic MBR-effluent has been adopted. Neutralization experiment, CODcr removal efficiency in the anaerobic treatment and the effects of DO, HRT to the CODcr removal efficiency in the aerobic and membrane running capabilities have been studied. Results as following: B/C raised to 0.30 after neutralize-anaerobic treatment, which means the probability of biological treatment is improved. When DO is 7mg/L, and influent CODcr is about 600mg/L, the effluent CODcr is lower than 100mg/L, which come to the national wastewater generalized discharge standard.
