Research And Development On Technique Of Automatic Inspection For Fire Image

With the development of the computer-vision and computer capacity, automatic inspection for Conflagration based on image has become favorable question for study. Based on the advantage of the image processing and high-speed calculating-ability of the computer language, this system is developed with analyzing the information of fire image. This paper puts emphasis on the technical research of flame image recognition, and utilizes the image's features about color and morphlogy. Included development acquiring image, pre-processing image, analyzing and image recognition, the main content and achivement of this paper are listed as follows:1. Advancing the method for acquiring image with VFW.2. According to the research of thousands of flame images, we have found the scope of parameters on different colour space, and built the color pattern on CrCb space, and designed a catcher for the parameters on the flame images.3. According to morphology characters of flame, we put forward to a set of calculate method, It includes the parts of development acquiring image, pre-processing image and analyzing and image recognition. According to the results, putting forward the design scheme of morphology - based recognition.4. According to inspection system's technical requirement, it's overall design plan is put forward. It includes hardware and software design scheme. Test result shows the technologies are effective.
