On the basis of analysis of fans, which rotating and running continuously, Developed a system including online monitoring, fault analysis and diagnosis. This system is applied to monitor the condition of the fans. While it is running, other functions including field balancing, real-time data collecting, analyzing and processing, machine choosing, parameter configuration, database generating and alarming can be executed. On the other hand, precise analysis and diagnosis system and report-table printing can be performed when online monitoring is running through network. The analysis functions includes signature analysis, time field analysis, trend analysis, spectrum field analysis, two-dimension frequency holospectrum , time_delay field analysis, demodulation analysis and FFT delicate analysis. Besides, this system includes auto-form report tables and transport report tables through network. During the course of testing, the machine rotor's bosseyed swing field balancing was processed, and a desirable result has been obtained.On the basis of the work above, this article examines the development existing circumstance and future about network monitoring and analysis system compared with externally and put forward the normal way to inspecting the fans, it also illustrates the normal vibrating type, diagnose means, dynamic balance and some analysis arithmetic. It illustrates the hardware choice and designing, alarming system designing and software of the system "CDMS-2000 Fan Online Inspecting And Diagnosis System ".
