The article takes the specification ?30108 of the ladder flat type connector units for an exemaple. First,makes a three-dimensional analysis of the connector's mechanics characteristic such as it's status undering static force and stress distributing on the condition of thinking about contact nonlinear of the structure by using tilizing large-scale finite element analysis software—ANSYS; then makes structure finite element optimization design of the flat type connector units in static load on the basis of thinking about contact nonlinear of the structure, and makes experiments under static force and fatigue experiment of the connector. Experiment result indicates that after optimizing the connector units' static strength and lifespan improve much.
