Synthesis And Biological Activities Of Multisubstituted 2-Amino-Pyrimidine Derivatives And Their Fused Heterocycle Compounds (â…©),(â…ª)

In this paper, S (-) -2- (4-chlorophenyl) -3-methylbutyric acid was separated from its antipode using S (-) -a -methylbenzylamine as chiral separation, nine new kinds of S (-) N-[3-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)butyryl]-N'-(2-pyrimidinyl)thioureas ( I ) were synthesized by the reaction of pentylchrysanthem acyl chloride and 4,6-disubstitute-pyrimidine-2-yl-thiourea. Series of compounds S (-)(II) were obtained by oxidizing cyclization of compounds S (-) ( I ) , using TBAC as PTC catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in chloroform. At the same time , in order to show the herbicidal activities of S (-) (I) and S (-) (II) with (+) ( I ' ) and (+) (II' ), we also synthesized nine compounds (+) (I ' ) and nine compounds (+) (II' ). All of these target compounds are new compounds and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and elementary analysis. Their physical properties, spectrum properties, synthetic methods and reaction conditions were discussed as well. The structuralformulas of the title compounds are as follows respectively:The preliminary biological activities test of four series target compounds S (-) ( I) , S (-) (II), (+) (I ' ) and (+) (II' ) were all finished in Shanghai Branch of National Pesticide R&D South Central. The results indicated that some of the target compounds ( I )-(II) have good herbicidal activities.Further, in order to investigate the relationship between the structure and theirs herbicidal activities, the crystal structure of 5,7-dimethoxy-2,4-dichlorophenoxy-acetyl-imino)-2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidine and 1 -Benzoy-3-(4,6-dimethyl-pyrimidin-2-yl)-thiourea were tested and reported.
