The application of Compound Microorganisms in bioremediation of polluted-river was studied in this thesis . The character of selected bacterial strains and the ability of producing flocculant were also investigated. The paper made good preparations for the application and the effect of CM .Through the research, the results can be gained as follows:1. CM had a definite effect on wastewater. When the use of CM was about 2g, the removed rate of CODcr NH3-N NO3-N were the best. Compared to the blank, CODc removed rate was 69.2%, NH3-N removed rate wsa 81.06% , NO3-N removed rate was 54.32%.when the use of CM was about 1g, the removed rate of PO43--P was 25.52%.2. The population of functional bacteria in water body varied with adding CM. When the use of CM was 4g, the amount of the total bacteria and phosphorus bacteria were maximum in the fourth day, the amount of denitrifying bacteria were maximum in the tenth day; When the use of CM was 1g, the amount of ammonifying bacteria were maximum.3. On the base of degrading effect of CM , the paper investigated the correlation between microorganisms and nutrient salt in the water body. It showed that the correlation between ammonifying bacteria and NH3-N was 0.74;The correlations between nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and NO3-N were 0.65, -0.53, respectively. The correlation between phosphorus bacteria and PO43P was 0.76.4. The degrading rate of CM was very low in the sediment. Because the experimental period was too short, the effect of CM was laggardly.5.Diffrent carbons and nitrogens had different effects on the growth of 4 strains bacteria. The results showed that the composition of the optimum medium. 1#: glucose 40g,peptone 10g.microzyme 5g,KH2PO4 5g,MgSO4.7H2O 2g .distilledwater 1000ml, pH 6.4 , T 28℃ , culture time 2days. 2#: saccharose 2.5g, microzyme10g, distilled water 1000ml, pH 7.0, T37℃, culture time 1-2days.3#: glucose 2.5g, beef tea10g, distilled water 1000ml, pH 7.0, T 37℃, culture time 1-2 days.4#: glucose20g, tryptone 20g, microzyme 5g, KH2PO410g, NaCl 2g, MgSO4.7H2O 0.2g , distilled water 1000ml , pH 6.8 , T30℃, culture time 1-2 days.6. The ability of producing flocculant was different under different carbons and nitrogens. In a word, Producing flocculant of 1# bacterial strain was better than other strains.
