| By comparison and analysis of ejecting effects of chips with multiform during the course of chip-rejecting in the experiment of DF(Double Feeder) deep-hole machining system, this dissertation ascertains chip form with effective chip-rejecting. And chip-breaking mechanism in the vibration drilling is studied in the paper. It is educed that chip-breaking in the vibration drilling is accomplished by synthesized actions of geometry and stress chip-breaking, and conditions that geometry chip-breaking can achieve and the functions that can influence stress chip-breaking have been discovered. Based on theories in existence, mechanical double-eccentricity vibration producer has been designed, integrated with DF negative-pressure drawing setting, with improvement on hydraulic pressure routine and structure of aiguilles, and has become a new deep-hole machining system with vibration and negative pressure. At last, the paper introduces application of deep-hole-drilling technology in manufacturing tubes, and treats that the tubes with super length and high machining accuracy, which are difficult to be manufactured in usual ways, can be made by technology of integrating deep-hole-drilling with cool drawing and cool rolling. |
