In this paper, some recent results on contaminate load model are summarized. According to the mechanism study on producing moving and transforming of contaminate,this paper have made some improved on the contaminate load model. 1.By investigating the directions and distribution proportions of pollution. 2.Considering the time distribution of contaminate.Especial the output of contaminate load corresponding the course of rain. 3. Considering the space distribution of contaminate. Synthesizing above-mentioned three standpoints,setting up the contaminate load model.Setting up the water quantity and water qualiry models about TP NH4 and CODcr And about TP,we neglect the degrading part and consider the adsorption and analysis process.Setting up the P model.Using the environment capacity method analysis formula method and model trial method calculate the environment capacity of the main rivers coming to Taihu in the west of Taihu. Analyzing the results and decide the adopting method. According to the environment capacity, giving some controlling schemes of contaminate sources in the main rivers coming to Taihu. So that the rivers that entering Taihu can reach the standards of the Taihu water quality, which being satisfied with the requirement of function districts(III class water). And supplying decision foundations for the water environment administering of the Tahu water and the periphery network of waterways.
