Based on reviewing numerous works and achievements in our literatures, by introducing the idea of scientific material design, taking MATLAB as a calculating tool and partial least-squares regression as mathematic method, 6 mathematic models describing the relationship between the composition and performance(tarnish-resistance property, anti-corrosion, bio-consistent, Intensity of tension, melting point etc) of gold dental cast alloys have been built up. With systematically studying and calculating a few achievements have been obtained and a new approach for design optimal gold dental alloy has been found.Optimal ingredients which affect the performances such as tarnish-resistance property, anti-corrosion, bio-consistent, melting point, intensity of tension, etc have been discussed. Digital relationaship between the ingredients, such as gold, silver, copper and palladium and the performance have been described and optimized. The price of materials used for the best designed alloy with optimal composition and performance obtained is only 67 yuan/g, which is much lower than those on the market. Which has very important practical meaning and theretical importance on improving the level of peoples datental health, it is also beneficial to both the patients and the datentists who wish to make the best choice during the datental reform operation.
