There are lots of research have been done in the degradation of the high concentration oil wastewater at home and abroad in resent years. But it hasn't been applied in the industry because of limitations of technology and economy. The core of this research is using the technology of combining micro filtration and Fenton high-oxidation to treat the high concentration oil wastewater and this technology has been widely applied in the industry. The effective method for high concentration wastewater treatment of the machine processes and the feasible parameters for the high concentration oil wastewater treatment, which is difficult to treat in biodegradation, are provided in this article. The water outlet quality is better than the national discharge standard. The feasibility of this technology is proved. In this research, the main solved problem is the content of high concentration emulsifying oil and COD was reduced. The removing rate of COD and oil, the property of membrane separation, the proper quantity of catalyst and oxidizer in the system of Fenton and the feasibility and stability were researched. In the experiment of micro filtration, the operating parameters (time, pressure, flux), character (aperture, structure, precision of filtration), fouling and cleaning of membrane is researched. And an effective cleaning technology is proposed and the permeability of membrane can be rehabilitated over 94% of its initiation. In the experiment of high- oxidation, the influencing factors (H2O2 Fe2+, pH, time, initiation pollution concentration etc.) are analyzed. And the best experiment conditions are confirmed. The proportion of quality of H2O2 and initial COD, Fe2+and H2O2 are 2.5:1 and 0.08:1 respectively. Under the normal temperature, 90% COD removal can be achieved and BOD5/COD can be improved from 0.30 to 0.51 after 90 minutes.
