| The item background of this dissertation is "the informationize of manufacturingprocess and optimization of welding parameters in Al alloy welding". A set of lasersensor seam tracking system is designed, which includes the technique of visionsensor seam tracking, digital image process, modern welding and control technique.Using this system, tracking of Al alloy slope has been researched in this dissertation. According to the theory of laser tracking, the seam tracking system has beendesigned, which can identify seam type automatically, and estimate the position of theseam. According to these, it can correct welding torch position during welding. By extracting the slope position and size, the location, seaching and tracking ofthe slope has been finished with this system. The error from tracking method wasanalysyed. The disturbance of the arc light, inverted image and multi-glisten which appearedin Al alloy welding has been avoided. The question of "seam stay" in Al alloy weldingwas resolved too. Comparing the tracking process of the Al alloy plate and the steel plate withdifferent type slope, the result was found. With butt slope, they can be tracking well.With V-Style slope, the steel plate can work normally, while it is worse to Al alloyplate. The phenomena arouse because of the glisten of Al alloy. A majority of laserlight was reflected and get out of the CCD window, which decrease the grayscale ofimage acquired, distort the image. So the slope type can't be identified and theinterrupt occur during tracking seam. To avoid it, an image acquirement card was using. The PC acquired the videoimage from the META and processed it to extracting the characteristic parameter.Otherwise, the slope position and size and the quantity of the filled metal wascalculated, which will became the parameter reference to welding parameter on-linecorrection. |
