The article mainly studies the composition, performance and thepreparation method of the PC-CSA compound system, and also researchs themicrostructure of the hydration product of the compound system and thehydration mechanics with the methods of XRD, SEM, DTA/TG. With a series of experiments, we studied the influence of thecomposition of the material, the variety of the gypsum and the preparationmethod on the compound system, the study indicates: The composition of the material is the main effect factor to thecompound system under the raw material and the preparation methoddetermined condition. The performance index of the compound cement systemwas improved and the suitable mixture ratio of the compound system wasobtained by the incorporation of the clinker of sulphoaluminate. We found that retardation of the dihydrate gypsum is more evidentthan the anhydrous gypsum in the compound system, and the anhydrous gypsumcan create rapid condensation and more water requirement through theincorporation of different variety gypsum(anhydrous gypsum, dihydrategypsum and the admixture). The anhydrous gypsum is in favor of the increaseof the early intensity and the dihydrate gypsum is in favor of the finalintensity of the composite cement . We analyzed the influence of the preparation method on the compositecement from the grain fineness, the grain pattern and the mechanics ofmachinery aspect. So it can be concluded that : the milling effectivenessof the shaft grinder is best than the high pressure roll grinder,ballgrinder, and is in favor of the elevation of the intensity.
