The Selection Of Injection Mold's Structure By Case-Based Reasoning

In this thesis, the present situation of Computer Aided Design of Injection Molding is analyzed both in domestic and international. In order to meet the requirements of Chinese plants in practice, the fittest molding structure based on the theory of the case-based reasoning is elicited so as to get the best structural molding, reduce workload and save time of the designer, economize the product's development expenses, and lower the cost.The typical injection molding of CAD system uses VC++6.0 and ObjectARX together of development application procedure's interface, establishment procedure's code, uses VC++6.0 environments sufficiency to edit and translate the abundant MFC class, and circulates on the applied procedure that the VC++6.0 environments and translate to succeed to load AutoCAD2000 platform and run. At the same time, ODBC technique is applied and realized the validity conjunction of the exterior database class.They are the main functions of injection molding that the search of the document data realizing ( use the ODBC technique ), directly visiting and transferring to use the exterior database ( Access2000 ),then to compare the existing structure, to elicit the alike molding structure, to save designers' workload and time, and to decrease the expense of design.
