This paper first describes The basic principle of computer controlled aspherical polishing-the Prinston Equation. The working function of polishing tool was particularly discussed in this essay, and it influences the error constringency velocity of polishing surface by numerical controlling. The tending gene is put forward to be the optimizing parameter to estimate the parameters of polishing tool., The parameters of polishing tool is optimized in the two popular running mode: planet movement and smooth running, and the best combination of the tool paraters is given. The theory bases for improving computer controlled polishing efficiency is offered. Then based on the machining simulation , The surface of optical polishing is figured by computer. The problem of the lack of the polishing in center and edge of the workpiece is solved. The comparisons between the theory and the practical experiments are also made. At last some preliminary conclusions are reached through the analysis of the experiment result.
