| At present, great attention has been given to environmental issues .all over the world. In the circumstances that the United Nations sparkplugs the sustainable development, the trade competition in the future will come from environmental protection instead of tariff. So actively developing environmental protection textile garment products and carrying out "green" business strategy have been a trend in textile-garment industry. Under this trend, in garment industry some breakthroughs have been made in these aspects. For example, Tencel fiber, Modal fiber (environmental protection fibers) and their finished products have come into being, which become a "green" revolution in garment industry.Some experts and companies at home and abroad have made a great deal of researches in Tencel fiber, Modal fiber and developing products, and great achievements have been got. But there have been very few studies conducted to evaluate this kind of product wholly and systematically in terms of fabric properties in wearing. Furthermore, in the face of opportunities and challenges in the market how to manufacture and manage these environmental protection products, which can bring great social benefits and economic benefits to domestic garment manufacture enterprises, is a very important and significant study subject.This thesis is aimed to evaluate and analyze wearing properties of Tencel and Modal fabrics, and to work out a practical scheme for enterprises to develop environmental protection knitted garment products. This thesis mainly includes the following aspects: systematical introduction to environmental protection textile and garment products' consciousness and opinions as well asstandards, and introduction and analysis of main environmental protection textile and garment products in the world at present; experiments on testing the wearing properties such as appearing shape, wet comfort, and wear-resistance and so on ,of various Tencel, Modal and cotton knitted fabrics and then analyzing and evaluating these wearing properties so as to get all factors influencing their wearing properties through contrasting different fabrics; by clustering analysis processing and analyzing data from experiments ,in order to evaluate wearing properties of Tencel and Modal fabrics and gain further conclusions; working out a detailed practical scheme for S company to develop environmental protection knitted garment products , analyzing the necessity and feasibility to develop such products, purling forward schemes in developing products and carrying out brand strategy and estimating their economic benefits.The evaluation and analysis in wearing properties of Tencel and Modal fabrics, and all factors influencing their wearing properties received by contrast, will provide a theoretical basis for enterprises in developing Tencel and Modal fabrics. In addition, the study in working out a detailed practical scheme for S company to develop environmental protection knitted garment products will also bring some reference value for enterprises to invest in developing environmental protection knitted garment products, manufacture such products and exploit the market of these products. |
