In this article, elbow-bar framework of the Die-Cutting system of MW1050 Automatic Blocking Die-Cutter produced by Shanghai Yahua Printing Machine Ltd. Co. was analyzed. The main contents and innovations are as follows:1. The movement characteristic analysis of elbow-bar framework is dealt with to gain displacement, velocity and acceleration of moving bedplate by adopting polar coordinates vector method. The research result indicates that dynamic characteristic of elbow-bar framework less influences the die-cutting precision, but the moving press brought by it has more influence.2. Rigidity movement analysis of elbow-bar framework is disposed to evaluate die-cutting press and its affect by using d'Alembert principle, whose result offers the design and use of enterprise reference, and establish a base for the test of die-cutting press.3. A set of acceleration test system of elbow-bar framework is founded for the material test of MW1050 automatic blocking die-cutter while it is load-off or not. On the base of the tested data, actual movement rule of moving bedplate on the condition of two instances and validate the correctness of theory analysis.4. After the analysis of loading process, a loading curve is simulated by math method,which fixes on the most press value that can be endured by elbow-bar framework.The thesis not only provide necessary analysis and credible theoretic proof for improve velocity of Automatic Blocking Die-Cutter, but also lay a foundation for further development of running state inspecting system of the device.
