The denitrification biotechnology for nitrous nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation (ANAMMOX) is a sort of new denitrification biotechnology based on the reaction of nitrous nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation. Plenty of experiments, theoretical analysis and application research on this object have been performed, and have bought about a lot of results by many investigators. On the base of summarizing the results, adopting theoretical eduction and experimental analysis, ascertained the best condition of reactive control about a part of influencing factor and determined the performances of the system for nitrous nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation.First of all, the start-up of the nitrous nitrification bioreactor and ANAMMOX bioreactor were tried out successfully. The parameters of the nitrous nitrification bioreactor fed with synthetic wastewater were as follows: operating temperature 25 C ,pH value 7.0. According to adjusting to the quantity of air feed, The laboratory-scale nitrous nitrification bioreactor was successfully started up. About last a period of two months, The laboratory-scale anaerobic ammonia oxidation bioreactor also was successfully started up for the first time with the mixture of aerobic activated sludge and anaerobic activated sludge as inocula.Identified the best condition of reactive control which are temperature , pH value, C:N ratios , dissolving oxygen, free ammonia and so on in the nitrous nitrification bioreactor and the ANAMMOX bioreactor. Under the condition of normal carbon, theoptimal condition of reactive control for the nitrous nitrification bioreactor were as follows: pH value about from 8.0 to 8.5, temperature from 25℃ to 30℃, C/N ratios about 1.96, the concentration of dissolving oxygen less than 0.4mg/L. As to ANAMMOX bioreactor, the optimal condition of reactive control were as follows: pH value about 7.55, temperature from 31℃, C/N ratios about 2.Determined the performances of the system for nitrous nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation. On the foundations of two bioreactors successfully started up, the removal efficiency of ANAMMOX bioreactor couldn't synchronizing increased when average volumetric ammonia loading rate was oversized. A new treatment system was set up by nitrous nitrification bioreactor with anaerobic ammonia oxidation bioreactor. the parameters of the bioreactor system were as follows: average ammonia removal rate more than 95%, volumetric total ammonia removal rate 20.1 mg/L.d, total organic compound removal rate about 90%.
