This paper aims at the complexity of the multiphase well tests and sums up the contents of multiphase numerical well tests theories, on the base of researching about the theories and laws of domestic and international multiphase well tests and numerical well tests, describes the following contents, At the same time, the combining between numerical simulation and the well tests is considered.1. The one-dimension and two phases mathematics model of numerical well tests that flow is radial is established. Effects of well store and skin factor are considered to the inside boundary condition. The model can reflect the underground circumstance that fluid flow through porous medium accurately.2. Applying the finite difference method to solve mathematics model of the well tests, and the central difference method is used. In consideration of the pressure gradient at near bottom hole is big and that at far bottom hole is small, therefore the asymmetry log grids are adopted.3. The two-dimensions and two phases mathematics model of numerical well tests is established. Effects of well store and skin factor are considered to the inside boundary condition.4. Applying IMPES method to solve two-dimensions and two phases mathematics model of numerical well tests. Get the expression of next moment between the quantity and bottom hole pressure in reservoir where oil-water flow by combining the equations of well store effect and skin effect.5. The parameters fitting method is auto-fitting method by computer. The fitting of typical curve by hand and computer screen can result in more than one solution or unfitting because of the test data shortage, complicated model and the multi-parameters, but auto-fitting by computer can decrease this disadvantage.6. The program is developed by using VISUAL BASIC language, the research about the pressure curves that come from the 3rd and 9th Oil Production Company of Daqing Oil Field Company Ltd were done by the interpretation methods that developed in this paper.
