Synthesis And Study Of β-carboline Alkaloid

In this thesis,we summarize systemicly the development of the study of β-carboline alkaloid and the synthesis of building block bearing trifluoromethyl group. And we study primarily the synthesis of β-carboline derivative.We use tryptophan as starting material and utilize esterified reaction to protect carboxyl,then utilize "Uneyama" synthetical method . That is "one pot" method that we use priammonia as starting material to synthesize trifluoro- cetimidoyl chloride . After the further study of the application of this method,we get a series of 1-trifluoromethyl- β-carboline-3-carboxylic ether. And we presume the theory of this reaction . The way of this reaction:R= CH3, C2H5 , n-C3H7 , i-C3H7 , n-C4H9 , i-C4H9The product 1-trifluoromethyl- β-carboline-3-carboxylic methyl ether and 1-trifluoromethyl- β-carboline-3-carboxylic n-butyl ether was cultured its crystal with Dichloromethane,Petroleum ether as the solvent .Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray .
