We got ingredient I, II ,two active substrate which strongly inhibit fungi from Agro-antibiotic 120 manufacturing strain (Streptomyces hygrospinosus var. beijingensis) fermentation liquid by aceticacide ethylester extraction, cellulose microcrystalline trunk lamination and silicagal trunk lamination. By UV-Vis spectrophotometic, mass spctra-graphic analysis and the plenty of information supporting, ingredient I is estimated as anisomycin whose element of mass is 26S.2 and UV absorption peak is 223,275nm. II ingredient is a tetraene antibiotks whose element of mass is similar to the Lucensomycin and UV absorption peak is 291,305,319nm.By the quantity analysis to I , II ingredient, results show I ingredient the interrelated coefficiently, the variability coefficient ,the rate of recovery are 0.99664,0.00495,97.1-107.3%; II ingredient the interrelated coefficiently, the variability coefficient, the rate of recovery are 0.9992,0.00798,95.3-103.3%.HPLC I ingredient are 0.9983,0.0404,98.3-108%,and II ingredient are 0.99967,0.0376,92.83-109.57%.The resuk of ingredient I showed by HPLC, the coincide ratio 0.963, is better than what showed by UV,the coincide ratio 0.40. The result of ingredient II showed by HPLC,the coincide ratio 0.9376,is better than the result showed by UV,the coincide ratio 0.705.
