Tonglushan mine is the main mine of Daye Colored Metal Inc, in which minerals are mined opencastly and underground. During the second stage of the construction of the mine, the task of opencast mining is confronted with many difficulties, furthermore, the output of the ores from -245 meters intermediate entry underground decreases gradually, consequently it can not reach the produce request, 4000 tons per day. In order to explore fully production capacity of the new main and accessory wells and to exert the function of excavation facility, it is emergent to reconstruct the transportation system of the -305 meters intermediate entry, which is the chief intermediate entry to be built during the second stage of the construction of the mine.On base of this background, in view of the complexity and the randomicity of the practical mine transportation system, the author went to the transporting spot of the -305 meters intermediate entry and got abundant practical data. In this thesis, the author analyzes the random process of various discrete events during the course of ore transportation in virtue of the probability theory, the theory of mathematical statistics and Matlab software. And then through programming the pretreatment program to deal with various data, the correlative parameters required in the simulation of transportation are selected. For the lack of abundant practical data, it is hard to meet the need of calculation when analyzing sample data and deducing statistically. While the matrixes and the parameters selected are exact, it can provide the foundation of the next stage of the transportation system simulation to set up hydrology serial random model by the way of time series analyzing and the theory of probability and the mathematical statistical. In the thesis, the author analyses the transportation system of -305 meters intermediate entry underground using the theory of systemsengineering. Firstly, the model of transportation system of -305 meters intermediate entry underground is established by virtue of the technique of computer simulation. Secondly the program with the function of graphical demonstration and alternation between people and computer is edited with visual basic computer language. After the program was run for time after time, the author put forward the feasibility scheme that could meet the production request of the intermediate entry' transportation system. Finally, this article analyzes the output parameters from the simulation process, which consist of the quantity of facility, the efficiency of tramcar utilizing, the time of trouble maintenance and so on that directly influence the transportation capacity in the intermediate entry. The evaluation index selected are generally located some certain ranges, with the characteristic of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitive analysis. So using the technique of fuzzy decision-making with many goals could acquire the reasonable scheme, and then contributes to improving the carrying capacity of the transportation system in the -305 intermediate entry.
