In this paper, the attempt was made in the glass-ceramic multiple material of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO, which is used for measuring the humidity, where the humidity-sensitive glass of V2O5 -Li2O-ZnO enwrapped the crystal-grain of ZnCr2O4. So it form a new style glass - ceramic multiple material, in which the ZnCr2O4 is the main crystal-phase, and the V2O5-Li2O-ZnO is glass-phase. And ZnCr2O4 is conglutinated by the glass of V2O5-Li2O-ZnO, so it prevents the crystal-grain away from water, or there a type of chemic adsorption can be formed. And if we can find a reasonable sintering temperature, and find out the series elements' best proportion in the glass and know how to compose the ZnCr2O4 and the V2O5-Li2O-ZnO, we can make this series material's performance better and make out better humidity-Sensitive component.And this paper also introduced 7 kinds of ways to compound the ZnCr2O4 to the V2O5-Li2O-ZnO and 5 kinds of sintering temperature to every scheme. After we have analyzed the testing results, we got that if the proportion between the glass and the crystalloid was 1:9, the sintering temperature was 1280℃, and have kept it for 2 hours, the multiple material of ZnCr2O4-V2O5- Li2O-ZnO which was made in the way that common ceramic was made, whose performance would be better than that of other proportions and other temperatures. The humidity range that this material can detect is from 0HR to 100%HR, and it has a high sensibility. In a word, the performances are most good in materials of this type.This paper is also about The results of testing the humidity-sensitive material's conductance type in dry state, and the results of the ion type in damp states are introduced. And it analysis the results of separating electronic conductance with ionic conductance at different humidity, and also introduces pure water's electronic conductance and ionic conductance. After the analysis, it tells that there is only electronic Conductance but no ionic Conductance in this material's self- conductance, and explains the reason of some phenomena which seemed to be contrary to each other.
