A. sisalana Perrine is abundant in Guangxi province. The author has studied that food addiitive chlorophyll and pectin, medical material tigogenin were extracted from residues and juices after A. sisalana Perrine was reeled off hemp and tigogenin sulphate was synthesized .Tigogenin sulphate shows biological activity of anticaner. This make waste profitable and make abundant plant resoures in Guangxi province gain increment and reduce circumstance polluted.Tigogenin was extracted and isolated from dried fermented residues of leaf-juices of A. sisalana Perrine . To find out the procedure of separation which can separate a lot of tigogenin , a study was made of the effect of using silica gel and macroporous resin I as absorbent in column chromatography on the separation of tigogenin. Research show : tigogenin was separated completely from the crude sapogenins by macroporous resin column chromatography, only simple solvent-II elute the column in the separate process. Thecontent of chlorophyll and absorbency following Law Beer Lamber . Technical process: the pH value of reactive solution was 2, reactive temperature was 75C, fit quantity ethanol was entered in the solution and 10% CuSO4 reacted with chloyophyll in churning, the pH value of reactive solution was adjust to 11 using 10% NaOH which reacted with chloyophyll in entering fit quantity ethanol, in stiring and in circumfluence condition. Besides, the testing results show that the quality of the product comply with basically the GB3262-82. Because of coppr reacting with chloyophyll incompletely , the content of total copper was low and dissociative copper was high,Pectin from green A. sisalana Perrine residue was extracted by salting-out method for the first time . Experiment process: at 85 C, the solution in the residue was adjusted the pH value to 2 with hydrochloric acid and stired intermittently the solution during 1 hour hydrolyzing, added 1.0mol/LCuCl2 to solution and salted out , and then 70% ethanol acid solution was used to eliminate copper in pectin and used ethanol ammonia to get rid of colour in pectin ,finally the pectin was refined by 70% ethanol. Or 0.1mol/LFeCl3 was added to solution to make salt out, then H2O2 was used to decolour pectin and 70% ethanol acid solution used to eliminate iron in pectin and, finally the pectin was refined by 70% ethanol. The testing results show that the salting out method in technical process was simple and economical, thequilty of the product complied with the GBn246-85, and the pectin was low Methoxyl Pectin.
