In this paper, a new analytical method for the pesticide residues in soil sample was studied. This method is based on a novel direct sample introduction instrument called ChromatProbe that enables extract-free soil sample introduce into GC. The experimental conditions for the experiment were optimized. The relative standard deviation is within 1.5%~5.5%.The sample recovery is within 80%~ 110%. The new technique was used to study the transferability of DDT, deltamethrin and the degradation of deltamethrin in the soil. Compared to the non-neutral soil environment, the transferability of DDT and deltamethrin in neutral soil is the weakest. According to the Rf,the transferability gradation of DDT is I grade, while the gradation of deltamethrin is II grade. The degradation equation of deltamethrin in the soil is C =195.9e--0.0979t.The half-life of deltamethrin is about 7. 1d.
