This paper includes three parts: study of callium's analysis method by Potentiometric Stripping Analysis; study of the chemical method on rapid determination of tetramine in serum; study of relation between acute damage and trace elements in serum.Study of callium's analysis method by Potentiometric Stripping Analysis was to establish an analysis method of gallium by Differential Potential Stripping Analysis and study the possibility of it's use. The result showed that the stripping peak of gallium was good in the medium which include 0.03%C6H5COOH,0.6%KC1,30 μg/ml Hg2+,l μg/mlGe3+,0.075 μg/mlMg2+. The stripping potential of gallium was at about -0.75V(vs.SCE). There was a good linear relationship from 2~100ng/ml Ga3+.The recovery rate was between 90%~lll%.This study can be used to analyse the gallium in serum and hair.Study of the chemical method on rapid determination of tetramine in serumwas to establish a rapid chemical method for quantitative dection of tetramine. Sulphuric acid - chromotropic acid was used for quantitative analysis of the tetramine. The detectable limit was found to be 0.1 μg/ml , correlation coefficient r=0.9980,recovery rate of added standard was between 96%- 116%. This method is characterized by simplicity, rapidity, accuracy, high sensitivity ,economy and practivity .Study of relation between acute damage and trace elements in serum was to learn the effect and the relationship between exposure dose and trace elements(Cu Zn Fe Ca Mg) in serum of persons exposed by y -ray, to supply basis for evaluating damage degree of acute radiation. The trace elements (Cu Zn Fe Ca Mg ) in serum of 7 persons exposed by y -ray and 7 contrast persons weredetermined by atomic absorption spectrometry . There is significance positivecorrelation between iron concentration in serum and the exposure dose of exposedpersons after 6 days or 1 0 days . Iron concentration in serum can reflect the exposuredose and the damage degree.
