Small-scale profile steel is one of the main varieties of steel products, applied to the industry, agriculture, communication and transportation business and construction extensively. From the seventies, the main steel-produce countries have begin to reduce the series of the small-scale rolling mill, built new-type continuous type rolling mill of high yield and high quality, eliminate the backward line type rolling mill, develop towards the characteristics of the in succession, high speed and automation. But most small-scale rolling mill of our country is still line type rolling mill, lead to the products has little varieties, poor quality, high price and low output, do not meet the needs of development of national economy and follow the need ahead of technology of world closely. The Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. type steel factory combines the actual conditions of our factory according to the development ahead of technology both at home and abroad, propose rolling mill production line transform into semi-continuous rolling production line, after the rough millφ550×1, adopt the middle and precise assembleφ500×2——φ420×6——φ320×6 to carry on continuous rolling production, in order to keep the production smoothly, obtain good products geometry section and good performance, we must carry on simulation accurately to the rolling craft parameter.Thesis mainly orient the characteristic of the semi-continuous rolling improved of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., expound the actual conditions of the continuous production line in detail, combine with the development of continuous rolling technology both at home and abroad, analyses and research the actual conditions of production line, set up the rolling craft parameter model (the extend coefficient assign and pass size calculate models, the dynamic model of the metals flow, the strength parameter model, the temperature model, restrain terms model ,etc.) that accords with the whole that production line in succession, among them take the metals flow model, little tension model and warm to lower models as the focal point, so as to as the important roll parameter and automatically controlled technical indicator which keep continuous rolling production line smoothly.Key issue of this thesis is the analysis and study of the mathematics model in succession. Theory combines the practice in this thesis, and the rolling craft parameter models that accord with the production line are derived, this has better directive significance to the production technological design, automatic control of the whole production line.
