An Analysis On The Ecological Loss Of Expressway Construction And Case Study

It is necessary for us to make a quantitative analysis on the economical loss of ecological damage when our country is making an effort to establish the Green GDP statistics system and sustainable development is going ahead from issue to practice. Ecological damage is various and due to different reasons. During these years, more and more fundamental infrastructures are developing with economic development. Construction actions have brought more and more serious pressure to environment and have become one of the main reasons that lead to ecological damage.This article tries to do a quantitative analysis on the ecological loss of expressway construction. We believe it is best choice to carry on the analysis of environmental and economy because of more practical and efficacious and closer to people. This paper was based on the value of ecosystem services to analyze its influence and damage of expressway construction to ecosystem, and this paper also has a research on indexes selection, calculation method and application conditions about economical loss of ecological damage by expressway construction. We can find that while expressway construction accelerate the development of society and economy, the cost of eco-environment is very big.At last, base on the characteristics of damage that expressway construction to ecosystem, we have analysed the main factors of ecological loss of expressway construction, than some proposals on how to protect ecology environment in expressway construction have been put forward.
