As a kind of efficiently,wide,fast,nonpoisonous,disinfectant,deodorant,anti-mildew agent, the food anti-staling agent, and excellent paper pulp bleaching agent, stable chlorine dioxide gets the extensive application within the scope of world in recent years. But the domestic producing technique makes copy mostly the abroad R series'. It exists the problems of technique drop behind, productivity low and production impurity etc. There are some factories use sodium chlorite produce chlorine dioxide,but the price of sodium chlorite is too expense to application broadly .Therefore, it have important economic and social meaning that develops the new technology and the device of producing chlorine dioxide of the low consuming, the economy energy, safety, credibility for replacing chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorine etc. and part chlorine dioxide productions which are low technology and high cost by chlorine dioxide, dulling the pressure of environmental protection, promoting the national economy development.This project researched several activator, the adding way of the reactant, temperature, the quantity of the hydrogen peroxide and strong vitriol on the chlorine dioxide production and acceptation rate based on the chlorine dioxide production technology with SVP-HP series. This project also optimized the design for the factioner. This project developed a new technology to product the high-efficient and high-stable chlorine dioxide and designed the intact technology flow figure with control points and fabrication drawing of the un-standard equipment. Compared with the R8 method, the consummation of the material and power. The production equipment of R8 method are too complex and the methyl alcohol in the production is easily over standard, all these problems are resolved in this project. The new technology and production equipment ofthe DTJ-HP method advanced production and acceptation rate 20% and increased production efficiency 80~100% compared with the SVP-HP method . Additional, the production process of the DTJ-HP method is more stable, and the equipment design of the DTJ-HP method is more perfect.
