The research of the thesis can be divided into four parts :Firstly, we studied the overall properties of Sn-S-SBR with different coupling degree made by ourselves and compared Sn-S-SBR with JSR-SL552. The mechanism of Sn-C transforming to surface of carbon black was revealed.Secondly, we researched the processing rheology properties, sulfur vulcanizing characteristic, physical mechanical property and dynamic mechanical property of S-SBR/NR blending system and S-SBR/NR/NBR blending system respectively. In the research we compared the properties of S100/NR, S100/NR /NBR blends system with that of SL552 blends.Thirdly, we prepared carbon-silica dual phase filler(CSDPF) and investigated the effect of concentration of carbon black, deposition time and the content of silica on the structure and properties of CSDPF. The properties of S-SBR reinforced by CSDPF, carbon black, carbon black/ silica, CRX2002 were compared.Last, we researched the properties of integral rubber made by blending.The results showed that the properties of S-SBR are increased with the coupling degree. In order to guarantee the comprehensive properties of coupled S-SBR, the coupling efficiency at 60% is better, when blended with other rubber the coupling efficiency at 100% is best. The research onSn-C indicates that Sn-C is weaker thanC-C and Sn-C is highly reactive to quinines. When the ratio of S-SBR/NR is 60/40, comprehensive properties of compound was best. The better ratio of S-SBR/NR/NBR is 60/30/10. To prepare CSDPF with better reinforcing property the right carbon black is N330, the suitable concentration of carbon black slurry is 6%, the appropriate aging time is 1 hour, and the content of silica shouldn't be more than 10%. The distinguished strongpoint of rubber reinforced by CSDPF is its excellent dynamical mechanical properties. The integral rubber reinforced by CSDPF has low rolling resistance and high wet traction.
