By studying on the preparation and application of aluminum magnesium composition and aluminum silicate composition nanoscale materials powder, parameter of preparation craft is analysised and the influence of introduction of nanometer powder on the properties of castable refractory is researched .As the follow are the results:1, pH is the essential factor in the preparation of sol aluminum magnesium hydroxide , of which the best pH is varied from 9.0 to 9.2,and the influence of ration of raw material reaction production and productivity is profound .2, The rate of hydrolysis and condensation of TEOS is crux in the preparation of aluminum silicate oxide sol. ratios by using acid the first and the base second as catalyzer being 1:4:2 for TEOS:EtOH:H2O is beneficial for the preparation stability of sol aluminum silicate oxide. During hydrolysis process ,the temperature is the dominant factor ,60 C being the most suitable. pH is also important, of which the best range is varied from 3.5 to 3.7.3 , Different drying method made different products. Diameter of nanoscale powder prepared by using super-critical drying is smaller than that by using freeze drying while BET area is bigger.4, Dispersion of nanometer powder is an important factor to restrict its preparation in castable refractory, among aluminum magnesium hydroxide nanometer powders , the dispersion of Tween is the better ,and of which the best addition is 1.0% or 1.2%.but when it comes to aluminum silicate oxide ,the best dispersant is polyethylene glycol and the best addition content is 1.0%.5 , As the introduction aluminum magnesium compost and aluminum silicate compost nanometer powder, the intermediate and high temperature stress of castable respectively improved, especially the aluminum silicate oxide nanometer powder.
