| With the rapid development of NC technique and computer graphical technology and the extensive application of computer,NC simulation technology provide an effective tool in order to validate the NC machining program and forecast the machine process.The main purpose of this dissertation is to research and develop virtual NC machine tools simulation system that has very good third dimension, according to existing achievements.Chapter 1 is the introduction of this dissertation, firstly summarizes virtual manufacturing technology virtual manufacturing system. categories of virtual manufacturing and the main implemented method; Moreover, introduces the characteristic and system structure of virtual NC machine tools.Then,it gives emphasis to present virtual NC machine tools system simulation technology.Chapter 2 analysis and design the virtual NC machine tools system simulation system with object-oriented method ,and establish total base classes of simulation system. It also introduces the whole configuration and every modules of the simulation system.Chapter 3 is the key of this paper, particularly discuss the geometric model of virtual NC machine tools system simulation system.It gives emphasis to the assembling relation and the modeling method of the parts and components' geometric model, and scattering of the workpiece model.Based on the geometric model, Chapter 4 introduces the kinematic model, and primarily discuss the coordinate of the kinematic modeh foundation of the kinematic relation the key technology problems of the parts and components kinematic model for displaying it.According to the modeling method of this system,chapter 5 develops the prototype of virtual NC machine tools simulation system, and design a beautiful 3D simulating environment which has graphics and music. And some key problem of develop are studied.Finally, the research contents of this dissertation have been summarized and the prospect of virtual NC machine tools simulation system has been opened up. |
