The project uses L3 construction of continuous-casting production pattern as the study background and sets the distributed C/S,B/S mix mode network to realize working procedure process parameters network monitoring and optimize scheduling. At steelmaking-continuous casting(SCC), the features of production process is of many working procedure ,the intermix of intermission and continuous work, the across of plane and solid, many product ,many phrases, many routes. The production organizing and scheduling is typical features of many working place, complexity and dynamic random system. During the production process , the main object is the high temperature crude steel and molten steel. During the process, chemical component, temperature, substance state will change with the position transplant, at the same time, the change is of variety as the vary billet, steel class, the flow character, operation route and process time. At the product module, it is of important significance to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost setting steelmaking-cast process parameter monitor and product scheduling.At present, the dynamic planning and scheduling are implemented by man in our country, it leads to large workload, machine conflict, low efficiency and tamper with random factor, at the same time the enterprise resource can not effectively use. So it is not possible to large temperature fall because of waiting time between charges, to continuous casting, to deliver punctually. At the same time, the measurement parameters is distributed and it is also not possible to scale generally the energy consume, material consume, process parameters to met the requirement of fine production.So, the main study content of the paper is setting distributed process monitoring and production scheduling virtual network at the base of process control system. As the main clew, the object property, equipment parameter, operation parameter and material consume is online monitored during charge processing, and forming real database and history database, at the basic of database, according to the object variable of the process route, the beginning process time, the non linear programming equation is established to ensure punctually delivery, small temperature fall because of waiting time between charges and continuous casting. Through variable transform,non linear programming equation is transformed standard linear programming equation, the begin process time of chare on machine is get by standard linear programming equation to ensure continuous casting, punctually delivery and short waiting time between charges. Finally the process parameters network monitoring , product optimize scheduling and scheduling adjustment to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
