| The effects of plastic film and organic matter on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of Marsupenaeus japonicus larvae were observed. The influences of heavy metals and organic matter on digestive enzymes, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) of postlarvae were also studied in our paper. The results were as follows:1. In terms of the effects of plastic film, plastic material and plastic composition on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of shrimp larvae, the results show: Plastic film has influences in varying degrees on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of shrimp larvae; The effects on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival probability were significant when the concentration of modified PC was higher than 50%. As the concentration of chloroethylene was higher than 50%, the metamorphosis rate declined; The effects of Lead stearateand and calcium stearate on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of shrimp larvae were also significant.2. Regarding to the influences of formaldehyde, diisooctyl sebacate and methyl isobutyl ketone on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of Marsupenaeus japonicus larvae, the results were: The feeding index, metamorphosis rate and survival probability reduced obviously because of three kinds of organic matter. The effects on the feeding, metamorphosis and survival of larvae were significant when the concentration of formaldehyde and diisooctyl sebacate was higher than 1ppm and methyl isobutyl ketone was more than 100ppm.3. The effects of starvation on the development, feeding and survival of zoeal- I larvae of Marsupenaeus japonicus were observed. The effect of starvation on the survival probability and metamorphosis was significant .And the relationship between the metamorphosis time of zoeal-1 (Y, h) and the starvation time (X,h) could be describled as :Y=l. 4206X+22. 167 (R2=0. 9966). The effect on the first feeding was great. The PNPioo (point of no return) for zoeal- I larvae was about 40 hours based on this experiment.4. The effects of Zn2+ and Cu2*on variation of digestive enzymes and alkaline phosphatase of Marsupenaeus japonicus post larvae were analyzed. The result shows: When the concentrations of Zn2+and Cu2+were 160ug/l , significant inhibition to them was found; However, Zn2+was helpful to them as the concentrations of it was 40ug/l.5. Much more attention to be paid in the effects on digestive enzymes and alkaline phosphatase of Marsupenaeus japonicus postlarvae by such matters as diisooctyl sebacate, formaldehyde and Benzene. The significant influences were displayed when the concentrations of the above matters were 2000ppm, 9ppm and SOOppm in turn. At the same time when the concentration of formaldehyde was 27ppm, the effect was also significant comparing to the control group. |
