The Study On The Process Of Pressure Distillation Polyvinyl Chloride

This paper focused on the process of pressure distillation for polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and the main raw materials,the method of production,safely precaution and waste treatment.The mathematics models of pressure distillation for PVC were introduced.The BIPTCHEM software was used to calculate the operation conditions of the low boiling point and high boiling point tower,including the minimum reflux rate,the reflux rate,the series at balance point,feed location,heat load of the bottom boiler and overhead cooler,plate spacing,and tray efficiency etc..The inhibition tank was designed in the process to reduce the self-polymerization reaction.On above results, the optimum process conditions were obtained.Using NMP as adsorbent to adsorb the C2H2 and VC in off-gas,the effluent standards have been reached and achieve cleaning production.
