This paper introduced the design of a high accuracy flat cutter and drawer system with numerical control based on MCS-51 single chip and numerical control technology, this kind of system combinated numerical control technique, professional CAD/CAM software technique and its mature market, which is extensively applicated in the trade of light industry. It can help the business enterprise to increase the work efficiency and promote the product quantity, thus it has a big society and economic performance.At first, the thesis recommended relevant knowledge of the numerical control system, introduced the background when selected title and the meaning of numerical control cutter and drawer machine, and depict the industrial prospect of this machine. At the same time, it analyzed the current situation of studies about this both at home and abroad, pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies and provided the engineering level that this system was expected to make. Then, it introduced the choice of systematic theme, the design and the procedure to carry out of this numerical control cutter and drawer machine briefly, the mechanical plan of design and the software and hardware design object of the control circuit, and intrudced the algorithm and anti-interference technique simply. Providing the whole structure, component and function of the executive body, the paper get the structure characteristics of the guide and the mechanism nose that the machine adopted in detailed introduction, and compared them with the relevant products of similar technology. At last, it introduced relevant knowledge of the step-motor briefly.This text introduced the software and hardware design of the numerical control board especially, get the function, the principle, the circuit designed and the basic using method of each module of control circuit in detail introduction, and put forward the relevant problem that should be paid attention to in the course of designing and operating. The article introduced the design method of the basic algorithm of system with bigger space, provided the algorithm that commonly used and the improvement in the cutter and drawer system, and did comparative analysis about the two. In order to let the electrical machinery move according to the certain law and get the better operation results, the paper recommended a design of speed changing of the system: first, it provided three basic speed changing curve and elaborated their characteristic and control course, second, the article recommended some parameters correlated with speed changing design briefly, at last, it introduced the procedure of the speed changing that the system adopted in detail. While talking about the keyboard, it described the function design of the keyboard, the procedure of operation, the content and meaning corresponding to show, and the precautions in operating in detail. This paper provided a simple operation instance to explain the data form and the course of operation of the cutter and drawer machine at first, then divided the function module of software, gave an explanation to the structure procedure of the main program module and each order meaning of the software, and introduced part order module's procedure, technical treatment that was relevant to the order and why to do that in detail at the same time. As we all known, interference is a vital factor in system design, this paper introduced revalent knowledge of interference and the anti-interference technique of system.Finally, the article briefly provided the characteristics of system, and introduced some questions existing; the consequences produced at present, the demand trend and the developing direction of the cutter and drawer machine, and establish the foundation for follow-up study in the future.
