Base on analyzing and researching the temperature control system which was developed last year, applying with the technology of the fuzzy control and the PID control, the writer improves on the control arithmetic of the system and designs the model of P-FUZZY-PID controller in this paper, so as to advance the system. System scheme contriving, hardware's design and selection, control theory's research, model's founding and optimizing, control tactic's selecting and simulating and software's design are described in this paper.To control arithmetic, a method of combining the theory of the fuzzy and PID control is advanced in this paper. By studying and researching the basic theory and method of the fuzzy control and PID control in both home and abroad, the writer analyzes the advantage and disadvantage in temperature control of numeric PID control system and several complex Fuzzy control systems, and aiming at the character of traditional PID control technology which is good at resolving to complex industrial object of complex, no-linearity and strong coupling, parameters of altering in time and delay in time, the writer advances a method of combining the theory of the fuzzy and PID control, which synthesizes the advantage of PID control system in simple arithmetic, high credibility and steady state, and the advantage of the fuzzy control system in agilityand moronity. So a system of P-FUZZY-PID control is advanced and the problem of stabilization in temperature control system is resolved.In the experiment, firstly, the system measures temperature by using of the temperature sensors. Secondly, the temperature is analyzed by DSP toolbox in MATLAB software in this paper, and the system's control model is based on by many experiments and analyses. Finally, the temperature figures are protracted by combining the experiment's data. Basing on the figure, the writer also analyzes the damply proportion, overrun, stabilization error, adjusting time in the paper.In project's design, on the base of the hardware of former system, by further analyzing the process, this paper increases the press measure, convenient for foundation, analysis and compute of model.At last, this paper further introduces a system's anti-jamming measure, and promotes whole system's ability of anti-jamming from hardware and software, so system has good stability, robustness and tolerance.
