Research On Mechanism Of Precision Extrusion The Effect Of Equipment Factor On Pricision Extrusion

With the wider application of plastic products in all walks of life, the demand for high-precision products is increasing. Extrusion and injection are the two most important kinds of plastic processing methods. The precision injection has been developed for many years, while extrusion is always considered as a processing method with high efficiency but low precision.The precision extrusion is a processing method which can improve the precision of products remarkably through the control of product processing technology, the design optimization of extrusion equipment, the application of new pattern downstream equipment and the precision procedure control.On the basis of study carried out by the formers, the author has done something as follows: Summing up main means which can improve product quality in two aspects of equipment and electric, the author has designed a small-size single-screw testing extruder . Summing up all kinds of factors which affected flow rate fluctuation and deducing the quantitative equation between pressure fluctuation and flow rate fluctuation.In conclusion, what the author has done is only an introductory exploration of the precision extrusion, which can help the followed study of precision extrusion.
