Open control system leads trend in industrial control field. Currently, Software platform can't catch up with hardware platform on the openness level in industrial control field, Writing control software is only the behavior of individual company and individuals, but not the behavior of the whole field. This leads to serious resources waste, overtime research period, does not facilitate software updates and maintainability. It' s urgent to solve this situation. This thesis aims to realize reuse of software, facilitate software maintainability and form open control system for cast resin fibre-strengthened equipment.This thesis introduces the principle of OSACA open system architecture and Component Object Model, Analyzes the possibility of importing COM to open control system by comparing OSACA with COM, Marks off function models in the base of layered software construction and analyzing equipment function. Forms open control system for cast resin fibre-strengthened equipment. Additional, this thesis elaborates software construction from two different view angles. Analyzes Win32 message transaction principle and application. At last, this thesis elaborates the key technologies used in software. The open control system for cast resin fibre-strengthened equipment has put into use and accessed expected results. Not only facility equipment flexibility and maintainability, but also provide solid base for enlarging cast resin equipment development in other application field.
