After the auto welding machine of container is investigated domestically and internationally , special welding machine is designed for fillet weld which is smaller than 60° and bigger than 30° between bottom and side of container , some workpieces are manufactured.The system has two kinds of work methods: hand control and automatic control. Under the automatic way the system shifts welding gun position and track in Y axis according to the supersonic focus sensor , the welding machine turns down the workers labor strength, increases welding automation degree.In the research, the whole design is completed for automatic welding system for container, a pair of the focuses supersonic sensors are used to judge the welding position, gun state is changed and Y axis is tracked, eddy current sensor is used to track high direction , fuzzy control is adopted to increase the system responds and reduce the super adjusting , the advanced control system is constructed. The welding gun position transformation is changed by the gear . It is simple and convenience, by the calculation and diagram, possibility of the hardware of this project is proofed in container auto weld machine. Advantech s DAS PCL-818HD and movement control card PCI-1240 is adopted , data collects and move control is proceeded .DMA skill is used to program AD soft for multi channel , the HD PCL-818 DAS is adopted, moving control soft is programmed for PCI-1240 , for the sake of increasing system circulation the speed , the multi- threading technique is adopted. According to request of automatic welding of container the system procedure flow chart is drawn and total control program is finish .
