With our country numerous old oil field containing more sand and air, it is urgent to crude oil get rid of sand and air. This thesis developed a kind of hydrocyclone to separate gas-liquid-sand three phases. Carry on single and contact system function test to liquid-solid hydrocyclone, in order to improve the structure of sand storehouse of three-phase hydrocyclone. Use numerical simulation to get basic message of fluid field.Base on flowing theory and experiencing model of two phases separation, design the concrete structure. Entry for -27°, make entry flow laminar, get relatively less perturbation in entry. The spray nozzle is rectangle, can reduce energy consumption to the greatest extent. The length of post sections relatively longer, realize gas bring less liquid and liquid bring less gas. Overflow pipe don't insert swirl device top. can aviod short out phenomenon. 20° awl comer realize big sand separation, open one's mouth on awl sections of bottom side wall, unload sand smoothly. Gas export and liquid export is in charge of gas-liquid out velocity being not too fast.Carry on the function test to this hydrocyclone. thus draw the conclusion: three-phase component separation is effective. Hydrocyclone work effectively has the request of minimum and maximum pressure, minimum and maximum flow. Increase with flow, swirl device bottom flow and overflow difference of pressure increase. The greater of the GLR is, the more energy consumption; But GLR increasing, PDR hardly to change. Reducing entry flow or GLR is feasible method to reduce energy consumption.Survey and appraise single and contact system function of hydrocyclone. Draw the conclusion: The single has the request of minimum working pressure; the performance is affected by properties of the mixture. Small diameter and little awl corner hydrocyclone has better separate, lower work capacity, large pressure drop and diffluence ratio. Large one, higher work capacity, small pressure drop and diffluence ratio. Contact system pressures drop even larger, single efficiency is not improved, the second performance is reduced by perturbation, export energy consumption increase. According to performance characteristic of contact system, draw the conclusion: the performance of three-phase hydrocyclone is better than contact system.Carry numerical simulation on this three-phase hydrocyclone and hydrocyclone, get basic information of single-phase fluid field. Flow field information is identical to predict with the theory and experiment conclusion.
