It is assurance to produce the high quality products rapidly and efficiently that simulating the material deformation process real-time and accurately, and it is also the basic presupposition to achieve the integration of the material deformation and controlling. At the present time, the research is mainly focus on FEM, but it is not real-time essentially, and the research, which on the field of the material deformation process real-time model building and the integration of technological design and intellect controlling, has no advance. It is not connective closely between the technological design and the production process controlling, so it is all along the puzzle in the field of material processing to formation of the difficult-deformation material.Aim for the problem above, the new reverse educing method about forming blank has been given which based on the similar equipotential-field and the electric field analog theory, and it also uses the theory of minimum energy and minimum resistance pressure. In addition it refers to the FEM and glide line method and so on. Furthermore, it has been extended to the field of the material forming forward simulation, and the rapid model about the bulk forming has also been established, and the real-time model about simple craft has been achieved preliminary.The main research findings and new outlooks are as follows:1. Base on the analyse of simulation methods and the theory deduce, the possibility and the feasibility has been approved in simulating the material forming process by the electric field analogy method.2. A new reverse educing method about forming blank has been given based on the similar equipotential-field, which refers to the universal law of the electric field analogy theory. And it has been formulated in particular by the example of bulging craft and the necking craft in the punching field, and disk workpiece forming craft in the field of bulk forming. This method is feasible and its result is credible. It also has the character of rapid calculation, high reliability and easy to implement compared with the classical methods.3. The method of electric field analog has been extended to the field of the material forming forward simulation that refers to the similarity analog theory. The numerical model, which can simulate materials forming process rapidly, has been established by the example of upset craft. This method has the simple calculation and is easy to achieve. Compared with the FEM, this method is feasible and the result is credible.
