This article combines with a project of "863"-- the technique and the engineering demonstration of water pollution control and aquatic ecosystem reestablishment in Tai Lake, takes the static experiment indoors, analyzes the relationship between Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, and improvement of water quality and the mechanism, discusses the application of Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, on agricultural non-point source pollution in Ta Lake. The conclusions are as fellow:(1) Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, experiences the period of buddings prosperous growings corms growing and sleeping with the seasons change. The conclusion is, the higher temperature is, the better Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, growes, and the better the effect is. Both in winter and summer, accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, adds up to the peak value and it accumulates in leaves in summer and in corms in winter. Therefore, we should pick up it at the end of winter or beginning of spring.(2) In the experiment of Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, wipping off pollutant in wastewater of different concentration, Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, has good effect on purification in different sewage. The applicable range of total phosphorus is wide, from 0.29mg/L to 14.54 mg/L, and the removal rate of it reaches more than 55 percent. The removal rate of total nitrogen is only 23.7 percent in the sewage of middle concentration. Theapplicable range of CODMn is the widest, from 11.97 mg/L to 28.96 mg/L., and the removal rate reaches more than 60 percent.(3) In the experiment of transfer and transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the system of Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn., water and soil, phosphorus and nitrogen transfers from water to boil and Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn., then from leaves to corms. The process mainly relies on the decomposition of microbes, adhesion of soils and absorption of Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn..(4) In the problem of utilizing Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, into treatment of the agricultural non-point source pollution in drainage basin of Tai Lake, we find if we plant Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, around the drain or directly inputting sewages into Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, wetlands, 86.99 percent nitrogen and 96 percent phosphorus will be removed in one year by digging Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn.. In the same time, it also has good economic value. As a result, Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn, is tall, and has a complex root system and good adaptability, and also has good appearance and economic value. It is a efficient and economic plant being used to treat agricultural non-point source pollution in drainage basin of Tai Lake.
