On the basis of existing studies in the field of seepage of rock mass both at home and abroad, the thesis has conducted a broad study in terms of hydraulic and geometric parameters, computing model, basic seepage law, fracture drainage, rock mass's unloading mechanics and its relations with seepage. The paper is written by employing such methods as field observation, model test, theory research and numerical analysis.The main researches as follows:1. Study on the properties of seepage of the Fractured rock mass. We obtained acquaints through the Cubic law of correction. Study on the model of the seepage of rock mass based on the continuous model and discrete medium network model of the seepage. Field observed the condition of the fractured rock mass the slope of Jinduicheng open pit.2. Study on the interaction of the seepage and stress on Fractured rock mass. (1) Analyzed and used the result on study field of visible rock mass mechanics. (2) Based on the study properties of the rock mass mechanics, Analyzed the relationship between stresses and osmotic ratio, created the model of coupling.3. Study on the interaction of the seepage and stress on the slope stability of Jinduicheng open pit. (1) Creating the model of the coupling of seepage and stress on fractured rock mass. (2) Based on the dynamics parameter and the condition of the interaction of the seepage on the Jinduicheng open pit, analysis the coupling of seepage and stress on the slope stability. (3) Used the result of the interaction of the seepage and stress of fractured rock mass on the slope stability to create calculation model. Finally, assured the stability of the slope of rock mass.In this thesis, based on the deep understanding of effects of the seepage on human activities, especially the important role of the rock mass seepage and the stress concentration on slope stability, the properties of seepage and stress and their mutual effect on the slope engineering and the measures and mechanism of the slope managing have been researched in detail. According to the practical project "Research on the mechanical optimization of the slope configuration for the Jinduicheng open pit.
